Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using TechSosten. These terms create a legally binding agreement between you and TechSosten Ltd.

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TechSosten's platform, services, and products ("Services"). By registering or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

2. Eligibility

Our Services are intended for businesses and organisations. You must be authorised to act on behalf of the entity you register, and you confirm that your organisation complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at security@techsosten.com of any unauthorised access. TechSosten is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our Services by engaging in activities that are unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, software, and designs provided through our Services are owned by TechSosten or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for your internal business purposes only.

6. Fees and Payment

Certain Services require payment. Fees are set out in your subscription plan and may change with 30 days notice. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechSosten shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, your access to the Services will cease and data may be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-platform notice. Continued use after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
